Why did you want to capture your wedding on video?:
So we can relive our special wedding day in Malta and show and share our special day with our grandparents and friends back in Australia. Also for us to look back on when we are old.
Why did you choose Bryan Azzopardy to film and create your wedding film?:
It was last minute arranging this video, so I asked the facebook group, I'm getting married in Malta - Brides Only for recommendations. Bryan Azzopardy came highly recommenced multiple times so I tracked down his website and saw his flawless wedding cinematography work and I was like WOW. I sent an email and the rest is history. THANK YOU again for taking our wedding on last minute!!
You guys...what do you do?...How do you spend your days?..What's important in life?
Ben runs a fishing store and loves fishing, surfing and the ocean in general. Jade is a radio announcer/producer who loves performing in amateur theatre and going to karaoke. We also love animals especially dogs!! We have 3 long haired chihuahuas, named Coco, Reuben and Myrtle. (they are our fur babies)
The proposal?
To be honest there was no proposal. I (Jade) saw my engagement ring in a store and I LOVED it, secretly I tried it on about 5 times in 3 months. I finally showed Ben the ring when we walked past the store on our day off and he agreed it was the ring for me. We bought it then and there and I walked out of the store with it on. We planned to be married before our 15th anniversary and we finally tied the knot on our 14th anniversary to the day.
Why did you choose to get married in Malta ?
Numerous reasons: I (Jade) became a Maltese Citizen in December and wanted to visit the country that my family history originated from with my mother and sister.
Ben has always been fascinated with the history of Malta and also had numerous family members that had never been overseas before. So we used our marriage to get them out of the country to travel and see the world.
The Venue? ... Why did you choose to get married at Palazzo Parisio above anywhere else?
I (Jade) googled wedding venues in Malta and the Palazzo Parisio had great reviews. We fell in love with the venue instantly and I didn't want to get married anywhere else, neither did Ben. I wanted a fairytale wedding and the Palazzo Parisio is just that, a fairytale venue.
What experience do you want to give to your guests?
We (Jade LOL) wanted them to have a magical experience as though they were in a fairytale of Cinderella.
